We have professional indemnity insurance of up to £2.5 million for each will that we produce. Nothing should go wrong, but this offers you the assurance that if something did go wrong, your beneficiaries will be compensated!
We must operate within a strict Code of Practice which is approved by the Trading Standards Institute.
Like the IPW, the SWW is a trade association for Will Writers and Estate Planning Practitioners and is further evidence of our commitment to offering the best possible service to clients and upholding standards.
As with the IPW, we are audited by the SWW every year, we have to provide proof of professional indemnity insurance and have to do 24 hours of training every year.
